Competing in Oliva

We began the show building back up after Brussels, this meant starting in the 110s. After the first week we were in the 1.20s. The second week, Ralf only jumped once due to the rain but he was entered in the 1.30.

The last week we ended in the 1.30 accumulator and because the show didn’t go exactly as we planned due to the weather, it was that much sweeter!

Not only did we get round, we jumped the joker, left all the fences up, and were placed in the money prizes (11th). Ralf jumped everything like it was nothing, even when I messed up the striding!

Killer gained so much more confidence with me this week. We trust each other so much more, we are now able to get each other out of sticky situations. We also have a good canter going.

Qiqi and I are back on the same page . Day 1 warm up was interesting, day 2 the round was interesting, day 3 we did what we needed, got round and stayed together.
