Who We Are
Our philosophy is to always put the horse first and that they let us know when they are ready to take the next step-up. We will develop horses with their future as a priority so that when they are ready to jump bigger tracks or sold on to another rider, they are healthy, happy, strong and able enjoy their career.

Victor Kumps
Victor Kumps is a former a gold medal winner at the Young Rider European Championships in 2011 (Comporta, Portugal) with placements in 2* and 3* Grand Prixs. He has been in business developing horses for owners for more than 10 years. He has ridden, produced horses for and trained with several Olympic riders such as Roderigo Pessoa, Eric Levallois, Marion Hughes, Michel Robert and Philippe Le Jeune. These riders have contributed into developing Victor into the great horseman he is today.
Jos Kumps
Jos is one of the most exceptional horsemen in the world today. He has trained riders and achieved medals at every top level championship in Belgium and internationally. His guidance and help is sought at the top level of the sport. The list of riders that he has worked with include Daniel Deusser, Harrie Smolders, Roderigo Pessoa, Pilar Cordan, Gudreen Pateet and Harrie Smolders to only name a few. There are also very few top horses that have not had the guidance of Jos at some point in their career. Horses such as Baloubet du Rouet, Hello Sanctos, Diamant de Semilly, Good Luck and Killer Queen have all benefitted from his knowledge.
Caitlin Whittaker
Caitlin is an approved and qualified British Horse Society instructor, holding the BHSPTT as well as an Investment Management Certificate (IMC). She spent several years working with a classical dressage enthusiast who encouraged her to take lessons on the riding school horses with Danny Pevsner FHBS who was a former member of the Spanish Riding School of Vienna and pupil of Nuno Oliveira.

Developing and producing horses to reach their full potential is one of the things we love to do the most. We like to give our horses the time to grow and become confident so that they love jumping.
Our trainer and business partner Victor Kumps’s experience riding at the top level and learning from the best horsemen and riders in the world enables him to give the horses the training and confidence they need whether they are a green four year old or a more mature horse progressing through the competition levels.
