Terms & Conditions

By booking arena hire or a position on one of our equestrian clinics you agree to the terms and conditions of AJA Equestrian. This is a binding contract that comes into force upon payment of your session. You are solely responsible for reading and understanding the terms and conditions. Safety on site

​

PLEASE ADHERE TO OUR STRICT 5MPH SPEED LIMIT.

No horses/ponies to be tied outside of lorries or trailers.

No haynets are allowed in the arena or outside lorries or trailers.

Insurance Policy

​

All horses attending AJA Equestrian must be FULLY INSURED with public liability cover of up to £1 million. All riders attending must be experienced riders.

​

  1. All riders attend AJA Equestrian at their own risk.

  2. By booking our facilities or attending a clinic, you are confirming that you are a capable rider and accept liability whilst on our premises.

  3. AJA Equestrian will not be held liable for any damage or loss incurred whilst on the property.

  4. AJA Equestrian will not be liable for any horse or rider injury sustained whilst on the property.

  5. Attending AJA Equestrian is entirely at your own risk.

  6. Any loss, damage or injury incurred by you, your horse, your vehicle/trailer or your property whilst attending AJA Equestrian will be entirely at your own risk and must be covered by your own insurance policy.​

Bio-Security Policy

​

We are committed to keeping horses healthy and taking steps to minimise the spread of infection and disease. We request the following procedures be adhered to when attending our facilities:

​

  1. All riders must bring their own water and buckets to tend to their horses needs whilst on site.

  2. Visitors are not permitted to walk around our facilities.

  3. Please do not touch, feed or pat our resident horses at AJA Equestrian.

  4. Equine Influenza vaccinations are mandatory for all animals entering AJA Equestrian

  5. All riders must be in possession of a valid horse passport and vaccination certificate.

Refund Policy

​

The following outlines how refunds are handled with respect to arena hire and clinic entries:

Clinic Cancellation

​

  • AJA Equestrian Centre has a seven day window for cancellation for all clinics booked.

  • We will not be liable for refunds, under any circumstances, if a cancellation is made within seven days of the clinic, unless we can find another horse/rider to fill your place.

  • We will allow riders to fill their allocated clinic spot. If this is achieved, a refund will be issued, once the replacement has paid for the spot taken.

  • If a withdrawal is received on or after the day of the clinic, the entrant will not be entitled to a refund or credit note. You may transfer your slot to another rider, sourced by you.

Arena Hire Cancellation

​

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours prior to arrival.

  • Cancellation on the day will be accepted in adverse weather.

  • Transfer to another date/time is possible if available.

​

Clinics: As priced/managed by the instructor running the clinic. The outdoor and indoor arenas can be hired for those looking to host their own clinics.

AJA Equestrian reserves the right to change or amend their terms and conditions at any time.
